Ingredients
- 1 lb. bag carrots
- 8 or 10 potatoes
- 3 or 4 lb. hamburger
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large can V-8 juice
Method
- Peel carrots and potatoes.
- Cut potatoes in eighths.
- Cook potatoes and carrots in pot together until almost done.
- Add just enough water to cover.
- Brown hamburger in frypan.
- Put hamburger with potatoes and carrots.
- Add juice and simmer for 45 minutes.
