Ingredients

  • 2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cups Chocolate Protein Powder (about 2 Scoops)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Flax Seed Meal
  • 1 whole Banana, Mashed
  • 3 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 cups Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1-1/2 cup Nonfat Milk
  • 1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and bake 22-25 minutes or until set.
  • Top with peanut butter, bananas, and additional milk. Enjoy!
