Ingredients

  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 cups Nutella Hazelnut Spread
  • 14 ounces, fluid Sweetened, Condensed Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips (I Also Used Cinnamin Chips)
  • Sea Salt

Method

  • In a double broiler (I use a heatproof bowl over water), melt semi-sweet chocolate, Nutella and sweetened condensed milk. Add vanilla. Chill mixture for 2 hours. Roll into 35 to 50 balls (truffles) and dip each ball in melted milk chocolate or cinnamon chips (or roll in coconut, toffee, nuts ... use your imagination!). Sprinkle with sea salt. Allow each truffle to set for 15-20 minutes and arrange in cute papers or on a tray.
