Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 1-1/2 c. milk
- 1-1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 9 inch pie shell, baked
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients and cook until thick. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into pie shell and cover with meringue. Bake at 375° until brown.
