Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Citrus
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- * In a mixing bowl, add an whole egg, the juice of half a citrus, the Dijon mustard and the salt.
- * With an immersion blender mix those ingredients together.
- * While mixing, slowly integrate the oil to create an emulsion.
- * Homemade mayonnaise can easily be kept one week in the refrigerator.
