Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz.) cans white or yellow hominy (with peppers)
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped mild green chiles, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°.
- Mix hominy, soup, chiles and sour cream.
- Pour into casserole and bake for 30 minutes.
- Top with cheese and bake 10 minutes more.
- Serves 6.
