Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen baby carrots
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
Method
- Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water approximately 5 to 10 minutes (until crisp-tender).
- Drain, reserving 1/4 cup carrot liquid.
- Combine reserved liquid, honey, butter and brown sugar.
- Stir well and pour over carrots.
- Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated.
