Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbs of Tequilla Rose, Strawberry Liquior
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 small box of instant vanilla pudding(sugar-free or regular)
  • 1/4 cup honey

Method

  • Mix Stawberries, blueberries, Tequilla Rose and honey in medium size bowl. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Drain access liquid and reserve.
  • Whip cream until frothy, add honey and whip slowly. Add pudding slowly until mixture begins to thicken. Whip until think as pancake dough. Refrigerate for two hours.
  • Put berry mixture in shallow bowl top with whipped cream mixture. Chill until ready to serve. Drizzle reserve liquid sparingly over dish when serving or put in separate bowl for use by guests.
