Ingredients
- 1 chicken, deboned
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. diced onions
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 6 oz. sour cream
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Saute or brown the onions and pepper a little, then add the mushroom soup.
- Add the mushroom pieces and sour cream.
- Simmer a little, then add cut up chicken.
- Stir in enough cornstarch so it will spread nicely.
