Ingredients
- 2 cans corn, well drained
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
Method
- Melt cream cheese with butter and milk until smooth. Fold in other ingredients.
- In a 2-quart pan, bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
