Ingredients

  • 4 c. cubed, cooked turkey
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped almonds
  • 1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips or bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Combine ingredients, except cheese and potato chips.
  • Toss. Pile lightly into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and potato chips.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
