- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple
- 2 bananas, chopped
- 1 small pkg. pecans
- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Do not use mixer.
- Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
- Mix well.
- Add Wesson oil and eggs.
- Mix well.
- Add pineapple and juice from pineapple, bananas and pecans.
- Mix well and pour into 3 cake pans that are sprayed well with Pam.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool completely before icing.
