Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 Chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 quart Half and Half
  • 2 cans minced clams
  • 1 pkg frozen shrimp
  • 1 pkg frozen crabmeat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

Method

  • 1. Dissolve bouillon in 2 cup water.
  • 2. Melt butter, add flour, whisk until smooth.
  • 3. Add bouillon broth whisking constantly (mixture will be very thick).
  • 4. Slowly add Half and Half whisking until thick enough to serve (juice from clams with thin it again).
  • 5. Add clams (with juice), shrimp, crabmeat
  • 6. You can add additional milk if necessary.
  • 7. Just before serving, add 1/2 cup white wine (or milk to make it less rich)
