Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. any flavor gelatin
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 qt. ice cream (any flavor)
Method
- Empty gelatin into medium bowl. Add boiling water.
- Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
- Divide ice cream among 8 dessert dishes. Spoon hot gelatin over ice cream. The gelatin will thicken as it touches the ice cream.
- Makes 8 servings.
