Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- dash of salt or Lawry's
- dash of pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
Method
- In medium skillet, brown ground beef; drain fat.
- Add chopped onion, bell pepper, salt and pepper to ground beef and cook until brown.
- Add tomato paste and 1 can of water measured from tomato paste can to make sauce, then simmer as you cook macaroni in 2 1/2 cups water in saucepan for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Drain macaroni; combine with meat sauce.
