Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or 1/2 pound ground beef 1/2 pound sausage of you prefer
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cup milk
  • 2 pieces of bread
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 2/3 tbsp sage
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup give or take Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven 400F
  • Plop meat in large mixing bowl dump in 1/4 cup of your milk,1 of your eggs, onion soup mix, garlic sage salt and pepper
  • Mix them all together like you would meat loaf
  • In a separate bowl dump in the left over 1/4 cup milk and mix in your last egg
  • In another separate bowl mix your bread crumbs with parmesan
  • Place foil or no stick spray on cookie sheet..
  • Roll meat ball mixture into a ball..then roll into egg and milk mix and lastly into Panko parmesan mix
  • Space them about an inch apart and bake for ten minutes
  • Flip them all over and bake for about 5 more or until meat thermometer reads correct temperature
