Ingredients

  • 2/3 lb pizza base
  • 1/4 cup tomato puree
  • 8.75 oz ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped + small leaves, to serve
  • 3.5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3.5 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1.5 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
  • None None lemon wedges, to serve

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Place pizza base on prepared tray. Spread tomato puree over top. Combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, garlic, basil and 1/2 the feta. Season then sprinkle over pizza base. Top with tomatoes and mozzarella. Bake for 20 mins, or until pizza is golden and base is crisp.
  • Sprinkle with remaining feta and reserved basil leaves. Serve with lemon wedges.
