Ingredients
- apples
- water
- sugar to taste
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Quarter apples; place in pot with water (enough to see, but not to cover apples).
- Cook at medium heat, covered, until soft mush.
- Press through colander.
- Put back on stove.
- Add plenty of sugar to taste.
- Boil, then cool and add vanilla.
