Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lasagne noodles
  • 1 qt. sauce of your choice
  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Cook lasagne noodles al dente; drain.
  • Preheat oven to 325°. Use baking dish approximately 2 1/2-inches deep.
  • Cover bottom with sauce and line the dish with a layer of lasagne.
  • Dot with spoonfuls of Ricotta, slices of Mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover with sauce.
  • Repeat with another layer of lasagne, sauce and cheeses, until dish is almost filled.
  • Bake about 45 minutes.
  • Cool 20 minutes before serving to allow to settle. Serve with additional sauce.
