Ingredients
- 1 lb. lasagne noodles
- 1 qt. sauce of your choice
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook lasagne noodles al dente; drain.
- Preheat oven to 325°. Use baking dish approximately 2 1/2-inches deep.
- Cover bottom with sauce and line the dish with a layer of lasagne.
- Dot with spoonfuls of Ricotta, slices of Mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with sauce.
- Repeat with another layer of lasagne, sauce and cheeses, until dish is almost filled.
- Bake about 45 minutes.
- Cool 20 minutes before serving to allow to settle. Serve with additional sauce.
