- 1 bag Dole Italian greens
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can LeSueur peas, drained
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon sugar
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. crisp bacon, crumbled
Method
- In 13x9 inch glass dish, layer ingredients one at a time, each in a separate layer.
- Do not toss.
- Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
