Ingredients
- 1 can Pet milk
- 1 small pkg. lemon or lime Jell-O
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. lemon or lime juice
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Chill milk overnight; dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
- Add 1/2 cup sugar and lemon or lime juice.
- Let stand until syrupy.
- Whip milk until stiff.
- Add remaining 1/2 cup sugar; fold in Jell-O mixture.
- When mixture has thickened, pour in graham cracker crust.
