Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large lime jello
  • 1 large can Pet milk, chilled overnight
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine

Method

  • Drain pineapple; grate cheese.
  • Add cheese to juice and bring almost to boiling.
  • Take off stove and cool.
  • While that is cooling, whip milk in large bowl until peaks form.
  • Mix dry jello and pineapple together.
  • Add cheese/juice mixture, mayonnaise and whipped milk and nuts.
  • Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish.
  • Chill.
