Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 large lime jello
- 1 large can Pet milk, chilled overnight
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine
Method
- Drain pineapple; grate cheese.
- Add cheese to juice and bring almost to boiling.
- Take off stove and cool.
- While that is cooling, whip milk in large bowl until peaks form.
- Mix dry jello and pineapple together.
- Add cheese/juice mixture, mayonnaise and whipped milk and nuts.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Chill.
