Ingredients
- 9 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 oz.) box lime jello
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Thoroughly drain crushed pineapple.
- Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
- Heat to boiling jello and stir until dissolved.
- Blend in the ice cream; chill until partially congealed.
- Fold in grated cheese, drained pineapple and nuts.
- Pour into mold and chill.
