Ingredients
- 1 lb. linguini
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 (7 oz.) cans chopped clams
- 4 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dill
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook pasta; set aside.
- Heat butter and add garlic.
- Cook 1 minute.
- Stir in flour and juice from clams.
- Bring to a boil, stirring.
- Add clams, parsley and dill; simmer 5 minutes, stirring.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over hot cooked pasta.
