Ingredients
- 1 beef flank steak (about 2 lb.)
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Place steak in a glass dish.
- Combine ingredients; pour over meat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Remove meat, discard marinade.
- Grill over hot coals until meat reaches desired doneness.
- Slice into thin strips across the grain to serve.
