Ingredients
- 1 (11 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn
- 1 (8 oz.) can yellow whole kernel corn
- 1 (15 oz.) can small green peas
- 1 (15 oz.) can French-style green beans
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. grated onion
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/3 c. oil (your choice)
- 3/4 c. sugar (can be made with artificial sweetener)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Drain vegetables; mix with celery and onions, add salt and pepper.
- Heat vinegar and sugar; pour over vegetables. Refrigerate until well chilled before eating.
