Ingredients
- 20 oz. lean ground lamb
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Bermuda onion, chopped fine
- 2 tsp. dill pickles, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together (be sure to keep the mixture cold).
- Form into 5 ounce patties and broil or barbecue to juicy perfection.
- Serve on a multi-grain bun with favorite condiments. Yield:
- 4 servings.
