Ingredients
- 3 lb. pork roast
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 small cans chopped chili peppers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- (Cooked rice)
Method
- Chop pork into bite size pieces, toss with salt. Put pork into bottom of slow cooker. Pour chili peppers, garlic, chipotle sauce, and water over pork. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4 hours. When done, pour lime juice and cilantro over it. Serve over rice.
