Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
  • 1 or 2 cayenne, jalapeno or chili peppers
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • salt
  • black pepper

Method

  • Cube or slice potatoes.
  • Cut onion and bell pepper into 1/2 inch strips.
  • Chop hot peppers finely.
  • Combine potatoes with other ingredients.
  • Melt margarine; stir into mixture.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in 400° oven for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Dish is done when potatoes begin to brown throughout.
  • Serves 4 to 6.
