Ingredients
- 1 lb. box spaghetti noodles
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 pkg. chili mix
- 48 oz. tomato sauce (6 to 8 oz. cans)
- 15 slices Provolone cheese
- 1 can Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Boil ground chuck until cooked.
- Mix tomato sauce, chili mix, sugar, salt and pepper.
- After ground chuck is done, drain and add to tomato sauce mixture.
- Simmer for about 45 minutes.
- Boil noodles until done.
- (Try to get noodles and sauce done at the same time.)
