Ingredients
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (9 oz.) container frozen dessert topping, thawed
- 1 c. chopped nuts (save some for top to garnish)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 large or 2 small baked pastry or graham cracker shells
Method
- Mix all ingredients together well and pour into pie shells. Sprinkle with reserved nuts and chill.
- Cut into small wedges.
