Ingredients
- 1 lb. macaroni (I use small shells)
- 1 lb. Colby cheese or Cheddar
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Cook macaroni until just done.
- Grate cheese.
- Drain macaroni and add the cheese while hot (save some to sprinkle on top).
- Stir in margarine and milk.
- Mix well.
- Add more milk if needed to make creamy.
- Bake in greased casserole dish until bubbly.
