- 3 oz cremini mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 3 oz button mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 thin slices sourdough bread
- 3 tbsp labne
- 2 None radicchio leaves
- 2 tsp olive oil
Method
- Lightly coat a large nonstick frying pan with oil and place over medium heat. Cook mushrooms, garlic and thyme for 5 mins, or until browned.
- Top bread with 2 tbsp labne, the mushroom mixture, radicchio leaves then remaining labne. Drizzle with olive oil to serve.
