Ingredients
- 1 lb. can refried beans
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 lb. chunked or shredded Cheddar
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced chilies
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- chips
Method
- Combine beans, butter, 2 ounces cheese, chilies, half the onion, cumin and chili powder. Heat thoroughly. Put chips on ovensafe plate. Spoon bean mixture on top of chips, then add cheese evenly. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with remaining onions.
