Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pinch of baking powder
- 1 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. ice water
Method
- Mix first 4 ingredients with pastry blender until crumbly and add ice water.
- Mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Prepare pie crust in usual manner.
- May be kept in refrigerator for several days.
