Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. instant rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 packet onion soup mix
Method
- Combine rice and soups.
- Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Place cut-up chicken slices on top.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
- Seal with foil.
- Bake for 2 hours at 325°.
