Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
- 2 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can La Choy chow mein noodles
- 1/2 c. peanuts or cashews
Method
- Mix both types of chips in heavy saucepan.
- Melt over low heat while stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in noodles and nuts.
- Mix quickly to coat evenly.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and cool.
- Makes 24 clusters.
