Ingredients
- 1 loaf stuffing bread
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 pt. oysters
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 to 3 tsp. turmeric
Method
- Break stuffing bread into small pieces and let stand.
- Simmer vegetables in margarine until tender.
- Add oysters and simmer 5 more minutes.
