Ingredients
- 5 slices pancetta
- 20 garlic-stuffed green olives
- 20 toothpicks
Method
- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
- Cut each slice of pancetta into 4 pieces. Wrap 1 piece around each olive. Use a toothpick to hold the pancetta in place. Arrange wrapped olives on a baking sheet.
- Broil in the preheated oven until heated through, 1 to 2 minutes.
