Ingredients

  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (5 oz., 3/4 to 1-inch thick)
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • 1.
  • Thaw fish if frozen.
  • Preheat oven to 450F Rinse fish and pat dry.
  • Grease cookie sheet.
  • 2.
  • In small bowl, stir mayo, chese and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Spread thin coat of mixture evenly over both sides of fish.
  • Place fish on cookie sheet.
  • 3.
  • Bake uncovered for 12 - 15min or until flakes easily with fork.
