Ingredients
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (5 oz., 3/4 to 1-inch thick)
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Method
- 1.
- Thaw fish if frozen.
- Preheat oven to 450F Rinse fish and pat dry.
- Grease cookie sheet.
- 2.
- In small bowl, stir mayo, chese and Worcestershire sauce.
- Spread thin coat of mixture evenly over both sides of fish.
- Place fish on cookie sheet.
- 3.
- Bake uncovered for 12 - 15min or until flakes easily with fork.
