Ingredients
- 8 oz. cooked pasta
- 1 c. fresh broccoli
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. mushrooms (fresh or canned)
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- garlic to taste
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch (original)
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Cook fresh vegetables to desired tenderness.
- Cook onion. Mix all ingredients together, except milk.
- Stir, adding a little milk at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
- For a complete dish, you can add cooked salmon or cooked chicken.
