Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cooked pasta
  • 1 c. fresh broccoli
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 c. mushrooms (fresh or canned)
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • garlic to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch (original)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. milk

Method

  • Cook fresh vegetables to desired tenderness.
  • Cook onion. Mix all ingredients together, except milk.
  • Stir, adding a little milk at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
  • For a complete dish, you can add cooked salmon or cooked chicken.
