Ingredients

  • 4 Peaches, Sliced And Frozen
  • 2 teaspoons Honey, Maple Syrup, Or Agave
  • 1 cup Milk (I Used Unsweetened Coconut Milk), Divided
  • 6 leaves Basil

Method

  • Place peaches in a food processor. Pulse about 10 times to loosen up and chop the peaches. Add honey (or other sweetener) and 1/2 cup of milk. Process until mixture starts to become smooth. Using a spatula, scrape down the mixture from the sides of the food processor.
  • Add the remaining 1/2 cup of milk and the basil leaves. Process until the milk and basil are incorporated and the mixture is silky smooth.
  • Serve immediately, or store the mixture in the freezer until ready to serve. If storing for a long period of time, take the sorbet out of the freezer about 30 minutes prior to serving to allow it to soften.
