Ingredients
- 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 box vanilla pudding (instant)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 large can peaches, drained (save juice, 3 Tbsp.)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sugar
- sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
- Mix flour, pudding, egg, butter and milk together.
- Spread in a greased glass dish.
- Add peaches.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, cream cheese and 3 tablespoons of peach juice.
- Spread on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
