Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine, melted in saucepan
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- pinch of salt
- 5 c. fresh peaches, sliced
- 1/2 c. brandy
Method
- Add sugar, flour, salt, peaches and brandy to margarine in saucepan.
- Cook for about 4 minutes after it comes to a boil. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
