Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1-1/2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 lb. marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 cups Freestone Peaches, drained and diced
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Method

  • Mix crumbs and butter.
  • Press 1/3 crumb mixture firmly in bottom of 9x9-inch dish.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, cook marshmallows with orange juice until melted.
  • Cool.
  • Stir in peaches.
  • Whip cream until almost stiff; fold peach-marshmallow mixture into it.
  • Pour half of this mixture into pan.
  • Cover with 1/3 of crumb mixture.
  • Pour remainder of cream mixture over this and cover with remaining crumb mixture.
  • Chill.
