Ingredients
- 2 small red apples, cored and chopped (1 c.)
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
Method
- In medium bowl, combine apples, raisins and celery.
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, vanilla and peanut butter.
- Pour over apple mixture and toss gently.
- Cover and chill.
