Ingredients
- 1 lb. large fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- parsley, chopped
Method
- Clean mushrooms; remove and chop stems.
- Place caps in buttered shallow baking dish.
- Melt butter; saute stems in garlic and butter.
- Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
- Stuff cups. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
- Makes approximately 2 dozen.
- Can be prepared 1 day ahead and refrigerated.
