Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 Tsp Salt
- 4 Egg Whites, (beaten until stiff)
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1/3 Cup Oil
- 1 Tsp Almond Extract
- 3/4 Cup Pecans (chopped)
Method
- Combine dry ingredients
- Mix 3 egg yokes & milk
- Add to dry ingredients
- Add oil, almond extract & pecans
- Fold in beaten egg whites
- Pour only enough onto the Belgian Waffle maker so that is so that it doesn't spill out
