Ingredients
- 1 lb. can corn, drained
- 1/3 c. finely chopped red pepper
- 1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well. Chill several hours to blend flavors.
- Mix well before serving.
- Makes 4 servings.
