Ingredients

  • 2 medium onion, diced
  • 2 large green peppers, chopped
  • 1 medium olives (reserve juice), drained
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 reserved olive juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • minced garlic to taste
  • Olive oil
  • 2 lb. ground chuck

Method

  • Saute onions & peppers in olive oil, then meat. Drain. Add rest of ingredients & cook 1 hour over slow heat, covered. Serve over yellow rice.
